Union Stitch & Design + PRIDE

Happy happy Pride month! I am so excited to share my latest project with you!! Since I started my business in 2015 I knew that I wanted to be able to give back to my community. In April I participated in a fundraiser with Element Knife Company at The Golden Mill to support Ukraine through World Central Kitchen. That fundraiser alone raised over 21K to help feed Ukraine refugees. It was absolutely amazing to be part of the event and know that we were all collectively making a difference. 

So, here we are on June 1st, the start of Pride Month. Although it is Pride "month", we will be keeping these aprons on the site all year long. In fact, we will have an entire collection of aprons that will be helping a lot of different communities. 

With proceeds from these aprons, we will be supporting The Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people.
